Learn to run ! No seriously, run coach Mikey Olzinski will be sharing his vast knowledge of running techniqe. No matter if you're new or old to running, this will be an all levels run (4 -5 flat miles)with drills and coaching mixed in.
We will follow the run with the legendary Peter Walters for an all levels yoga class at The Studio Mill Valley.
Then we celebrate our efforts with a team dinner at Hook Fish (California Radness is buying the first beer / food not included)
